The craziest pair I have ever built. Made for Foxtrot Uniform — and it required months of research to get right.
This is an exact handmade replica of the 1985 Korean License Sample Jordan 1. Not the general release — the sample. The one that used a sole pulled from the "Big Nike" instead of a standard Jordan sole. I sourced and used original 1985 Big Nike soles. The wings logo was reconstructed in Photoshop to match the original artwork exactly. The collar received a special treatment to replicate the classic cracked ageing of the originals. The white panels were intentionally finished to imitate the cracking found on the originals — because the '85s didn't use real leather there, and it shows.
Red smooth leather. Printed logos. Tongue tags without "AIR", just like the sample. Size tag and production code. Pre-aged. Black Foxtrot Uniform laces.
Every detail earned.
