Starting prices per pair — if your pair is in rough shape it can be a bit more. After I’ve seen your photos you get a fixed quote, so no surprises later.

Is this an official Golden Goose repair?
No. I’m an independent workshop in Berlin, registered as a shoemaker with the Berlin Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer Berlin), and have nothing to do with Golden Goose or any other brand. The upper of your shoe stays yours; the sole is replaced by me.
Which models can you do?
Mainly Golden Goose Superstar and similar models with a vulcanised sole (Mid Star, Hi Star …) plus the Ballstar. Many other sneakers work too — Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Converse. Send photos and I’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can I get a different sole than before?
Yes — that’s the fun part. For the Superstar and similar models you pick one of five sidewall patterns and a gum or black outsole. For the Ballstar there’s gum or black. Gum lasts longer. You see all options with photos in the form.
How long does it take?
Usually around 2–3 weeks from the day your pair arrives. You get a concrete date with your quote. Want me to start right away? Just say so when you accept the quote — see “Can I cancel?” below.
When and how do I pay?
Once the work is done — before pick-up or return shipping. PayPal or bank transfer, in Berlin cash works too.
What if something can’t be fixed?
I tell you before I start. If I find something unexpected along the way, I ask you first — no extra work and no extra costs without your OK.
How do I ship my pair?
After you accept the quote, I send you the address and a short packing guide. Ship tracked; for valuable pairs I’d go insured. Return shipping within Germany is €8 with DHL, tracked and covered up to €500. For pairs worth more I add extra transport insurance — the small surcharge is in your quote. Other EU countries on request.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After you’ve accepted my quote you can cancel within 14 days, no reason needed — a short e-mail is enough. I only start once those 14 days are over, unless you ask me to start earlier. If you do and then cancel, you pay for the part that’s already done. Once the job is completely finished, you can’t cancel anymore. You get your shoes back either way. Do I get my old soles back?
If you want, sure — just mention it in the notes or when you accept the quote. Otherwise I dispose of them.
